Kenpo X. Martial Arts Cardio. Definitely makes you sweat, but easier to get through than some of the others. It wasn't that intense to me, but the purpose is to burn calories. It's effective in that right and a good precursor to a rest day.

At some point you just kinda drift into autopilot. I am noticing that. When you have been working out and look up to see 45 minutes left on the clock, it

Today was Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X. Legs and Back is a good workout. Lots of variety including some moves I've never done before but are pretty effective. My legs are strong, so the fact that this was challenging was good for me. I loved the wall squats. I can show off a little bit there.

Is it normal to feel enraged or angry after a workout? Even Tony cursed after this routine! Today was Plyometrics X, what Mr. Horton refers to as 'the Mother of all X workouts'! Well, if this was the worst of it... who am I kidding, it was still pretty bad!

But I got through it.

I had to modify nearly all the jumps about 30 minutes into the 60 minute jump exercises, but I still got through it.

Don't ask me why I chose to start this 90  Day challenge with something as intense as P90X. I don't know either. Perhaps I needed to do something so dramatic that I had no choice but to succeed or fail. Perhaps I just want to see if I can do it. Perhaps I believe this will get me where I've never been. Perhaps I'm just crazy. At any rate, I've abandoned all other methods and have opted to use
