Kenpo X. Martial Arts Cardio. Definitely makes you sweat, but easier to get through than some of the others. It wasn't that intense to me, but the purpose is to burn calories. It's effective in that right and a good precursor to a rest day.
At some point you just kinda drift into autopilot. I am noticing that. When you have been working out and look up to see 45 minutes left on the clock, it kinda makes you just wanna say '15 more minutes and I'm done', but you don't. You get a sip of water, towel off real quick, and you live for the little 90 seconds breaks (even though you really don't need the full 90 seconds). It's kinda fun.
Day 7 is a rest day, which can also be a stretch day. My calves are super tight so I need to work on them. Week 1 is officially done!!!
