I had just acquired a business that had the potential to be very profitable, and I was very excited! I had my checklist of things to do and my funds in place to get everything ready for a huge convention that was just around the corner. After several interviews, I contracted a local company I'd found on the Internet to handle the design and print aspect of my campaign. Everything went off without a hitch until I sent in that last good faith payment...

...and never heard from them again! This company not only ran off with my money, they kept all the designs and products with them! I had nothing but a few low resolution proofs, and the convention was less than two weeks a way. Naturally, I panicked, until a friend of mine told me about this small firm that he hired to build a website for one of his larger clients. At this point, I was a little wary of companies on the Internet, but I didn't have many options at this point. I sent the email and hoped for the best.

Not a full 48 hours later, Wisdom from EyeCon Graffix returned my call and I immediately let out a sigh of relief. Not only was she charming and warm, but she was very familiar with my situation and assured me everything would be fine. She asked me to send her what I had so she could get started right away. When she received them, she asked me if I would have any objection to her modifying some things to make them more professional and functional, given the type of business I was running. I gave her creative reign, and she involved me in every step of the way. What she sent me back, I was not ready for. Not only was my new logo design amazingly attractive, but it was also very professional and crisp! I fell in love as soon as I saw it. She explained all the components that EyeCon Graffix created for my campaign as well as how to use each piece and when.

Wisdom, you not only assuaged my fears, you saved the day! Because of your hard work and uncanny ability to know what I needed (even when I didn't have a clue), I was able to put everything together with days left before the convention! Everyone loved the T-shirts and the business cards. I was a HIT at the convention. I will be calling you for all of my design and printing needs from now on as well as referring my clients and partners to you. I'll also be calling you for my website very soon!!!
